All orders are made to order and shipped across Egypt. Here is everything you need to know about delivery.
What is the production time?
Most items take 3 to 7 business days to handcraft, depending on complexity and customization. We always confirm the exact timeline before starting your order.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all cities and governorates across Egypt. International shipping is not currently available, but feel free to ask us about it.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees vary by city and are confirmed on WhatsApp before you finalize your order. Orders above 1,500 EGP qualify for free shipping.
How is my order packaged?
Every order is carefully wrapped in protective packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Gift-ready packaging is included at no extra cost.
How long does delivery take?
After your order is completed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location within Egypt.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, we share the tracking details with you on WhatsApp so you can follow the delivery status.
