Because every piece is handmade to order, please review our policy before placing your order.
Can I return a made-to-order item?
Because each item is handcrafted specifically for you, we do not accept returns on made-to-order products unless there is a quality issue or damage during shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before production begins at no charge. Once we start crafting your piece, cancellation is no longer possible as materials have already been used.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.
How do I request a refund?
Send us a message on WhatsApp or email belsheencrochet@gmail.com with your order details and reason. We review all requests within 48 hours.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are handled case by case. If the item does not match what was agreed upon, we will work with you to find the best solution.
What is your refund timeline?
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days. The refund method depends on how the original payment was made.
